Over the weekend Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 50th birthday in style, inviting all her celebrity friends to an exclusive party in Los Angeles. The party was so massive that even Jen’s ex Brad Pitt made a low-key appearance.
Now, it’s Justin Theroux who has taken the opportunity to wish Jen a happy birthday. The Leftovers star, who was married to Aniston for over two years, shared a black and white photo of the Friends alum on Instagram today with a sweet message.
“Happy Birthday to this fierce Woman,” Theroux captioned a shot of Aniston in a black tank top. “Fiercely loving. Fiercely kind…and fiercely funny. ❤️ you B.”

Theroux and Aniston tied in the knot in 2015, but announced their separation in February 2018, just days after the actresses’ 49th birthday. The couple’s decision to split “was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year,” they told Associated Press at the time.
“Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly,” they said in the statement at the time. “Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else’s fictional narrative. Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another.”

Over the weekend, Aniston celebrated at her star-studded bash that featured guests like Amal and George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon, Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow.
