Among the scores of glittering events hosted at Cannes Film Festival, the Céline dinner might have been the most celebrity studded of them all.
Hosted by Céline artistic director, Hedi Slimane, the exclusive dinner party took place at the dazzling Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, poised on the shimmering coastline of the Côte d’Azur.
Celebrities in attendance, which included both brand ambassadors and friends of the house, included Kaia Gerber, who wore a silver sequinned gown from the brand’s winter 2023 collection. Kaia paired the dress, which featured a plunging neckline, with a cream fur jacket and black Céline sunglasses.
Gerber was joined by a very famous crowd, which included Blackpink’s Lisa, Kim Taehyung of BTS (V), Joe Alwyn and Olivia DeJonge. These guests also embraced the sequin theme, with Lisa modelling a black and white striped suit and sheer blouse from the brand’s winter 2023 collection, and Olivia opting for an embroidered mini dress.
The event’s star-studded attendees also included appearances from Noah Jupe, Esme Creed, Stella Rose, Havana Rose Liu, Grace Van Dien and Michael Pitt, who modelled similarly 1970s-esque rock star ensembles.
With million-dollar views and a glittering entourage, the event certainly looked like a night to remember.
