Married at first sight 2025 cast

The 2025 season of Married At First Sight Australia is officially returning on January 27, and we now have the official cast list to get to know.

Different from the previous seasons the age limit is now above 50 on MAFS, which should bring a new dimension to the show. Being the 10-year anniversary of its Australian release, there is also some format changes on the cards. In particular, MAFS 2025 will introduce ‘Final Test Week’: a challenge that could see the couples ‘swapped’ or more intruders introduced, as contestants are forced to ask if the grass is really greener elsewhere.

For those already tapped into the drama to come, there’s apparently two exes paired together and even a literal wedding day fire, then of course there’s the slew of influencers making up the cast, including a DJ and a former Bachelor contestant.

Watch the trailer below, and read on for the full list of cast details.

Sierah, 31, who appeared on the 2021 season of The Bachelor Australia, will be joining the 2025 cast of Married At First Sight hoping to be paired up with a “kind, caring, compassionate man, someone she can fall in love with for the first time.”

The financial associate advisor from Victoria is “fiercely independent and self-sufficient – she doesn’t rely on anyone, therefore doesn’t put up with any nonsense.” She’s signed onto the experiment to find a man she can “plan a future” with.

When rumours of the MAFS 2025 cast first surfaced, an insider told The Daily Mail “She is a nutter but amazing for television because she just doesn’t care.”

Despite entering the experiment fresh from a seven-year relationship, the fitness blogger “has never really been in love” and wants to find someone to settle down and raise a family with.

Describing herself as “loyal, considerate and trustworthy,” Rhi is searching for the perfect training partner who has “a warm heart and kind eyes.”

Despite this, she’s very open to direction from the judges and hopes to be matched with someone who’ll appreciate her as for the “wife material” she exhibits and the “homemaker at heart” she is deep down.

Carina Mirabile

Carina, 31, is a digital marketing manager from WA whose ideal man is “tall, handsome, European and educated.”

As the only unmarried member of her five sibling family, she’s ready to settle down, as long as whoever it’s with can “fit in with her loud family.”

According to her Now Talent portfolio, Carina is also a budding actress with a CV that shows off her passion for Broadcast TV, film and fashion.

It reads: “She hopes to combine her sense of style and passion for pop-culture wither future on-screen TV Presenting and Acting career.”

And if the MAFS 2025 trailer is anything to go by, she might be in for a shaky start.

Carina is shown talking in hushed tones to producers, and upon closer inspection, she’s telling them that she not only knows the groom she’s been paired with, but their relationship ended when he ghosted her. What a blessed day, indeed.

A plasterer from WA, he moved to Perth with his family 15 years ago and describes his ideal partner as “positive, confident, and someone who enjoys Saturday nights at home with a glass of wine and a home-cooked meal.” Which might not suit a would-be influencer’s packed post-show events schedule – but a guy can dream!

Entering the experiment with a laundry list of must-haves for his perfect match, he admits to having very high standards and a radar for anyone with a lack of authenticity – “if she’s not authentic, Eliot will run.”

Let’s hope his radar doesn’t go off before it’s time to meet his future bride, or we’ll have a different type of reality show on our hands.

A self-professed “lone wolf” Eliot is looking for a “classy woman who will soften his hard edges.” Preferably, someone who’s happy with a “traditional relationship where he is the provider.”

Personally, we can’t wait for this Secret Lives of Mormon Wives/MAFS crossover.
