Swapping the Hollywood Hills for the Hamptons (which is about all the travel we can do right now), the show is packed with all the ingredients for an excellent Netflix reality TV show.

Curious? Read on for what you need to know about Million Dollar Beach House before it hits our screens.

What’s Million Dollar Beach House about?

Million Dollar Beach House follows the youngest and most elite group of real estate agents working at Nest Seekers International brokerage as they spruik incredible multi-million dollar properties to high profile clients on the east side of Long Island, New York.

Per Netflix’s official synopsis:

“The competition is fierce — and the drama undeniable — as a group of young and hungry agents try to seal the deal on luxury listings in the Hamptons. Million Dollar Beach House is a bird’s eye view into the day-to-day life of the Hampton’s youngest and most exclusive group of real estate agents, documenting their private lives and posh coastline listings.

“With 2,500 realtors working the Hamptons market, earning a listing is fierce competition. Nest Seekers reps to-die-for, multi-million-dollar properties and not without personal drama between agents. Throughout the series, five brokers hustle from Memorial Day to Labour Day to buy and sell properties for their clients.

“From appeasing sellers who are unhappy with home staging to cutthroat open houses where agents are going after each other’s clients, Million Dollar Beach House has all the views, all the schmooze, and brokers with a lot to lose.”

And yes, the houses are just as stunning as they are on Selling Sunset. But don’t take our word for it, check out the trailer for the show below.
