And if that news wasn’t sweet enough, a host of A-listers are set to join the cast, with one stellar actress even confirmed to revive her character from season one…

Who Is Cast In Nine Perfect Strangers Season Two?
Nicole Kidman will reprise her role as eerie retreat host Masha, while also executive producing the series, and a host of new stars are set to take on the other leading roles.
While it’s not clear exactly what characters they’ll play, joining the cast so far is Oscar-nominee Liv Ullmann, The White Lotus’ Murray Bartlett, Triangle Of Sadness’ Dolly de Leon, Maisie Richardson Sellers, and Aras Aydin.
Joining them as series regulars are Henry Golding, Mark Strong and Lena Olin for season two.
Where Will Season Two Of Nine Perfect Strangers Be Set?
Filming for season one of the series took place in the idyllic Soma resort in Byron Bay. However, the show itself was set in the fictional location of Tranquillum House, a Californian town.
Season two will be set in the Swiss Alps with filming having officially started, but where exactly it will occur remains unknown.
And, while the setting is slightly different, the series will reportedly take on the same formula as before, where nine stressed city-dwellers visit Masha’s retreat looking for rest and rejuvenation. As for what’s actually in store for them, we’ll have to wait and see.
What Is Nine Perfect Strangers Based On?
The first season was inspired by Liane Moriarty’s novel of the same title.
It’s not the first of Moriarty’s books to receive the on-screen treatment. 2016 saw her novel Big Little Lies adapted to the screen, with Nicole Kidman taking on another leading role, alongside acting powerhouses Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, Meryl Streep, Shailene Woodley, and Zoe Kravitz.
