Lindsay Lohan has been announced as a panellist on the new upcoming game show, The Masked Singer Australia, alongside Dave Hughes, Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and Danii Minogue.

The Masked Singer is a new singing competition taking the US by storm. Hosted by Osher Günsberg, 12 celebrities will be decked out in outrageous costumes, leaving them to be judged completely on their vocal abilities. Each episode, one celebrity will be unmasked.

“The show has already been a huge success and I can only imagine it will get bigger,” Lohan said, per 10 Daily. “Each week will be so exciting to watch who performs and try to guess who’s behind the masks. I feel honoured to sit on the panel and be part of such an amazing show.”

Lohan also added that she can’t wait to explore as much of Australia as she can during her downtime from guessing. “It really is an incredible country,” she said, “The beaches are insanely beautiful…who knows I may even look at opening a Beach Club there.”

In the US, The Masked Singer averaged 11 million viewers when it first launched in January and has been renewed for two more seasons. Popular singer T-Pain won the first season disguised as a monster, beating out Gladys Knight.

Other celebrities that have appeared on the US show include Tori Spelling, La Toya Jackson, Ricki Lake, Terry Bradshaw, Joey Fatone and Donny Osmond.
