Meghan Markle And Adele Are Reportedly Taking Pilates Classes In LA, And Where Do We Sign Up?

Now that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have settled into their new life in Los Angeles, it's not surprising that the famous pair have struck up friendships with their equally as famous neighbours. 

According to The Mirror, the Duchess of Sussex and Adele, who lives just a few minutes from the royal couple's Beverly Hills home, have begun taking private Pilates classes together.

“Meghan and Adele have been having Pilates lessons. They are loving it," a source told the publication. "The instructor has also been giving lessons to Harry. It’s a great stress-buster."

Meghan's love of Pilates is no secret, with the actress formerly hailing it as her go-to exercise. "Your body changes immediately…give it two classes and you will see a difference," the royal previously told Women’s Health UK.

While many fans have noted Adele's physical transformation in recent months. 

"Since she [Adele] moved to LA, it’s been well documented that she underwent some tough personal changes," Pete Geracimo, Adele's former trainer, wrote earlier this year. "It’s only natural that with change comes a new sense of self and wanting to be your best possible version. She embraced better eating habits and committed to her fitness and 'is sweating'! I could not be prouder or happier for her! This metamorphosis is not for album sales, publicity or to be a role model. She is doing it for herself and for Angelo."
