A source told E! News that the Duchess of Sussex is "very excited" for the soon-to-be husband and wife.
"Everyone is very happy and they are definitely a great match," the insider added.
News of the engagement broke last week after the pair celebrated the Quantico actress’ 36th birthday. The musician reportedly popped the question after just two months of dating in London.
“They are so happy,” a source told PEOPLE, before revealing Nick closed down a Tiffany store in New York City to buy an engagement ring.
“His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they’re all really excited for him. He’s definitely very serious about her,” another insider says of the Jonas brother.
The couple first sparked dating rumours when they attended the 2017 Met Gala together, but it wasn't until May of this year when they were seen on numerous dates, before jetting to India to meet Priyanka's family that things really seemed to get serious.
