Downton Abbey star Michelle Dockery tied the knot with her partner Jasper Waller-Bridge (yes, the brother of the one and only Fleabag writer Phoebe Waller-Bridge) in London over the weekend.
It will come as no surprise to learn the the couple’s wedding was particularly star-studded, with many of Dockery’s former Downton Abbey and Anatomy Of A Scandal co-stars, and famous friends of the Waller-Bridge’s in attendance. This included Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who wore a bright pink Etro suit with a possible engagement ring, Lesley Manville, Jim Carter, Imelda Staunton, Lily James, Joanne Froggatt, Lesley Nicol, Hugh Bonneville, Allen Leech, Laura Carmichael and Julian Fellowes.
To wed Waller-Bridge, Dockery wore a Emilia Wickstead “Josephine” gown and carried an Aspinal of London “Luna” bag, while holding a bunch of colourful flowers.

Who Is Jasper Waller-Bridge?
Jasper Waller-Bridge might be best known as the sister of Fleabag writer and star, Phoebe Waller-Bridge but he’s also successful in his own right.
The 35-year-old works as a TV and film producer and music manager in London. He also runs his own music production company called Day One Pictures, which he founded in 2020.
Perhaps even more interestingly, at one point he was even former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson’s manager.
How Long Have Michelle Dockery And Jasper Waller-Bridge Been Together?
Dockery and Waller-Bridge have been together since 2019, when they met through mutual friends. The couple dated for four years before getting engaged in 2022. Unlike most modern celebrities who announce their news on social media, the young couple took the old-fashioned route and announced their engagement in The Times.
The announcement read, “The engagement is announced between Jasper, son of Michael Waller-Bridge of King’s Lynn, Norfolk, and Teresa Waller-Bridge of Battersea, London, and Michelle Dockery, younger daughter of Michael and Lorraine Dockery of Gidea Park, Essex.”

While it’s the first time either Dockery or Jasper Waller-Bridge have tied the knot, Dockery has been engaged before. Dockery was previously engaged to John Dineen, who sadly died of cancer in 2015, when he was just 34.
For this reason, Dockery considers herself to be a widow, explaining to the Guardian in 2017: “We were engaged, and married at heart, and so I do consider myself a wido.”
“I know people who’ve had losses and they took time out immediately, but I don’t think I’d have been able to do that. My decision was to keep going. And that’s what we all did.”
