After years of waiting, Andy Lee and Rebecca Harding have tied the knot in a stunning New York City wedding, surrounded by 80 of their closest family and friends.
Lee confirmed he and his fiancée had finally planned their wedding during an episode of the Hamish & Andy podcast, where he co-hosts alongside long-time collaborator Hamish Blake.
During the episode, which aired in March 2026, Blake jokingly referred to the upcoming nuptials as “the royal wedding” before asking Lee whether he could officially confirm the news to listeners.
“Yes, Bec and I have got our act together,” Lee replied, laughing. “Mark my words, we will be married by the end of the year.”

Andy Lee Shares Recording From The Wedding
Less than 36 hours after the couple tied the knot, a new episode of the Hamish & Andy podcast went live on Thursday October 15th, featuring audio from inside the wedding.
It appears a large portion of the episode was recorded in advance, before hosts Lee and Blake cut to themselves in the future.
Best man and co-host, Blake, joked that he’d “secured” the bride for an interview before recording their conversation.
“All right, we’ve secured the bride for an interview, couldn’t believe it,” Blake said. “Mrs Lee, for the first time. How do you feel?”
She immediately responded that she felt “fantastic” before Lee asked if she had “any gripes with me as a husband so far”.
Turns out, she did: “Terrible at picking up the dress.”
“He was like, ‘just leave it’. I was like, ‘it is the streets of New York!’” Harding explained.
The “Beautiful” Vows
During the new episode released on Thursday, a montage of moments from Wednesday’s ceremony was played, including the moment the couple said “I do”.
Co-host Jack Post also gave a after-party interview where he spoke about the couples vows to one another.
“Andy’s vows and Bec’s actually were very beautiful,” he recounted before Lee quipped: “You don’t have to use the word ‘actually’, mate.”
A New York City Wedding
Lee and Harding’s 2026 wedding was an international affair, with the couple spotted in New York City after flying from Australia via Dallas, Texas. Lee famously co-owns the popular Aussie pub Old Mates in NYC, whose investors include Hugh Jackman, Ash Barty and Mick Fanning. Whether the venue will play host to any wedding celebrations remains to be seen.
True to form, Lee hinted the journey to the aisle had begun with a classic touch of comedic drama. Taking to Instagram, he shared a video joking he would need to find a replacement groomsman after his best friend Michael Horgan appeared to run late for their flight to Dallas.
“Hello everyone, Qantas flight 7 to Dallas Fort Worth is urgently paging Mr Michael Horgan, please make your way immediately to the gate,” the flight attendant announced. The crisis was averted with Lee later sharing a snapshot of Horgan enjoying a pre-flight drink on the plane, simply captioning: “He made it!”
The comedian and his fiancée were spotted in New York along with multiple friends, including Elliot Garnaut, Jorgia Christian, and Lucy Nettlefold.
Rebecca Harding’s Wedding Dress
On October 14, Australian time, Rebecca was spotted leaving The Bowery Hotel in Lower Manhattan in a stunning white gown, confirming the wedding is underway.
Harding, 36, wore a satin white strapless gown with a tulle petticoat and an elegant train. To complement the dress, she styled her hair in a half-up-half-down do and finished with simple diamond earrings.
An 80-Person Wedding Guest List
Back in March, Lee revealed invitations to the NYC nuptials were quietly sent out over the summer break.
According to Lee, the wedding will be a relatively small affair, with just 80 guests invited.
Blake will serve as one of three groomsmen alongside Lee’s brother Cam and Michael “Horgs” Horgan, a regular contributor to the podcast.
The revelation prompted a typically playful exchange with the show’s producer, Jack Post, who joked that his ranking on the guest list might have some bearing on his performance behind the desk.
“If there’s 80 people going and I wasn’t a part of that, I’d be surprised,” Post laughed during the episode. “Top 50, I would expect… Top 40 I wouldn’t throw the toys out of the cot, but Top 50 you’d notice a slump in my behaviour on the show.”
Close friends of Harding, Elliot Garnaut, Jorgia Christian, and Lucy Nettlefold have also been spotted in New York ahead of the ceremony. Blake’s wife Zoë Foster Blake was present as was Nova radio host Lauren Phillips and her fiancé, aviation tycoon Paul O’Brien.
How Long Have Andy Lee & Rebecca Harding Been Together?
Lee and Harding first announced their engagement in May 2024, as well as on the Hamish & Andy podcast, where Harding has occasionally appeared over the years.
The couple have been together for more than a decade, having first met in a Melbourne café in 2014, where Harding was working as a waitress.
Lee later recalled staying for an extended “degustation breakfast,” ordering almost everything on the menu so he could linger and watch her chat animatedly with customers before eventually leaving his email address on a napkin.
Lee and Blake first began working together in 2003 and have since become one of Australia’s most successful comedy duos. Their podcast consistently ranks among the country’s most popular shows and held the number-one position on the Triton Podcast Ranker for six months in 2025.
