Jimmy Fallon’s mother, Gloria Fallon, has passed away at the age of 68, after her son cancelled filming of an episode of his hugely popular talk show to be with her.
“Jimmy Fallon’s mother, Gloria, died peacefully on Saturday,” a statement shared with E! News reads. “Jimmy was at his mother’s bedside, along with her loved ones, when she passed away at NYU Langone Medical Centre in NYC. Our prayers go out to Jimmy and his family as they go through this tough time.”
Fallon has released a statement to People, saying, “today I lost my biggest fan.”
Gloria had made guest appearances on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, and her son shared stories about her during his #MomQuotes segment.
