15-Year-Old Allegedly Gang Raped At Party In Blue Mountains

The girl says the males laughed in her face when she pleaded them to stop

A court has heard the horrifying details of how a girl was allegedly gang raped at a house party in the Blue Mountains, NSW, in 2012, when she was 15. The jury was told the males laughed in the girlโ€™s face when she pleaded them to stop.

At a trial at Sydneyโ€™s Downing Centre District Court, Aaron Jensen, now 23, Christian Dickens, now 22, and two 21-year-old men, have pleaded not guilty to multiple offences, including aggravated sexual assault in company, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.

In court, Crown Prosecutor Belinda Baker said the party was one of the first the girl had attended. On the night, the teenager had drunk about a litre of wine.

She was โ€œwell affected by drinking so much alcoholโ€ฆ she thinks that someone might have put something else in that drink,โ€ Ms Baker said.

โ€œHer next memory is waking up in a dark room with one of the accused on top of her.โ€

Ms Baker continued: โ€œShe will tell you that she pleaded with them to stopโ€ฆ her voice was slurred and weakโ€ฆ she wanted to yell out but she couldnโ€™t.

โ€œEach time she pleaded the accused laughed saying words like โ€˜shut up, you love it slutโ€™.โ€

Nine News reports that Meredith Phelps, the barrister for one of the unnamed boys, said her client did have sex with the girl, but said they would be raising questions about consent.

Barrister Gary Corr said โ€œthere are some doubts about both the honesty and the reliabilityโ€ of the girl.
