Australian songstress Sia has confirmed via GQ that she's a new mum, having recently adopted a son. The admission came through an extensive feature on DJ Diplo, and his casual relationship with the singer.

“Much of our relationship is just being spent trying not to have sex so that we wouldn’t ruin our business relationship because he’s super-duper hot,” Sia explained to the publication. “This year I wrote him a text, and I said, ‘Hey, listen, you’re like one of five people that I’m sexually attracted to, and now that I’ve decided to be single for the rest of my life and I just adopted a son, I don’t have time for a relationship…If you’re interested in some no-strings sex, then hit me up'."
The 45-year-old entertainer is yet to release any more information on her venture into motherhood. Sia was previously married to documentarian Erik Lang, before calling it quits in 2016.
The Aussie star has never shied away from admitting to want children. In May, Sia announced that she hoped to adopt a 16-year-old up-and-coming rapper who was featured in the documentary Foster, a probing exploration of foster care based on the experiences of children and caregivers living in Los Angeles County.
"Hey Dasani from "FOSTER" on @HBO! I'd like to adopt you we're just trying to find you and get my house check done etc. but I want you to know you will have a home with me," she previously tweeted.
Dasani describes his history in group homes, which he entered after witnessing the man he considered his father shoot and kill his mother when he was only four.
