Sylvester Stallone Denies Sexual Assault Allegations

A woman claims the actor assaulted her in 1986. Warning: distressing content

Rocky actor Sylvester Stallone has denied allegations he and his bodyguard sexually assaulted a 16-year-old in 1986.

The woman accused Stallone—aged 40 at the time—and his bodyguard, Mike De Luca, of intimidating her into having sex with them.

At the time, the victim reportedly told police that she met with Stallone while he was filming Over The Top, The Daily Mail reports. She claimed she had agreed to sex with Stallone, but after the encounter the actor asked her if she had ever had sex with two men simultaneously.

The teenager reportedly claimed De Luca then entered the room and the men forced her to perform oral sex and have penetrative sex with them.

After the reported incident, the teenager allegedly told police that the actor had threatened her not to tell anyone otherwise “they would have to beat her head in”.

Stallone has denied any involvement in the alleged sexual assault.

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story,” his spokeswoman, Michelle Bega, told PEOPLE in a statement

“No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
