Twenty years on from the death of Princess Diana, a moving documentary will offer a glimpse of her private life and relationship with her sons.
Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy features interviews with both Prince William and Harry. The sons speak candidly about growing up with Diana and how they have continued her legacy.
The trailer shows William and Harry fondly remembering their mother for her kidness and fun.
“She was very informal and really enjoyed the laughter and the fun,” William says. “She understood that there was a real life outside of palace walls.”
Harry reveals: “This is the first time that the two of us have ever spoken about her as a mother. She was our mum. She still is our mum.”
He adds: “And of course, as a son I would say this, she was the best mum in the world. She smothered us with love, that’s for sure.
Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy airs on Channel 7’s Sunday Night from 7pm on the 30th July. We’ll be watching!
