Over the weekend, thousands upon thousands took to the streets all across the world for the second annual Women’s March.
From Sydney to New York, people protested for women’s rights, against sexual harassment and assault, and to send a message to Donald Trump that his policies on birth control and immigration won’t be tolerated.
This year’s theme was women in government – timely considering New Zealand’s own Prime Minister just announced her pregnancy, becoming only the second women to ever give birth while in office.
