But, if you're yet to try kombucha and you're wondering what all the fuss is about, let us fill you in...
Kombucha (pronounced kom-BOO-cha) is believed to have originated in China more than two thousand years ago.
It's produced through a fermentation process using sweet tea, and a live culture. The result? A fizzy drink full of live cultures, tea polyphenols and organic acids. It's also said to carry a slew of health benefits including aiding digestion and boosting immunity.
And, although kombucha has built up an impressive reputation thanks to its wellness benefits, it also makes a great mixer for cocktails.
So, what better way to celebrate World Kombucha Day than with a boozy 'bucha recipe?
Kombucha Peach Bellini
