Younger season seven picks up after that bombshell finale. For those who've somehow forgotten, Charles pulls a surprise proposal on Liza at the reception of their friends' wedding. (Which seems like a huge social faux pas to us, but that's neither here nor there.)
Younger season six also saw the show's main conceit finally be pulled out into the open. Liza Miller, played by Tony Award-winning Sutton Foster, has her age revealed. She's not the 20-something she pretended to be to get a foot back into the world of publishing, rather, a seasoned 40-year-old editor facing down the reality of age discrimination. And now, everybody knows it.

What's going to happen in Younger season 7?
As per the nature of a teaser trailer, we aren't given too much to work with. The main crux of Younger season seven seems to be shaping up to be a classic love triangle situation. While Liza appears to be happily settling down with Charles, it doesn't seem like she's entirely let go of Josh.
"I don't think they can let each other go," Foster told TV Guide. "There's something, they have a connection that runs deep. She loves Charles and is in a relationship with him, but she will always love Josh."
That said, it's hard to base anything concrete off the cast's admissions. "They never tell us anything. I have no information, really," Duff told OprahMag. "Darren Star keeps a tight lip [...] I have no idea what they're going to throw our way this season. We usually find out like two days before the table reads. So, Kelsey had a pretty brutal go last season, and I'm hoping she thrives a little more this year."
Which cast members are returning for Younger season 7?
Per the official announcement, we can expect all the key players to return. That includes Sutton Foster, Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor, Nico Tortorella, Peter Hermann, Molly Bernard and Charles Michael Davis.
Where can I watch Younger season 7 in Australia?
As mentioned, Younger season 7 will premiere exclusively on Stan in Australia on April 15. Which happily, is also where you can rewatch all six of the previous ones. We'd suggest with a wine or five.
