Earlier this year model Behati Prinsloo and her husband, Maroon 5 rocker Adam Levine sold their New York City loft for a hefty$7.1 million and now the parents-to-be are at it again.

The couple, who are expecting their first child – a girl – later this year, have just listed their Los Angeles home for a whopping $23 million.

Levine bought the home back in 2012 for $6.4 million according to Trulia – which means if they get the asking price they stand to make a hefty profit.

The house sits on a 7,1000 square foot estate with panoramic views of Benedict Canyon, it features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, movie theatre, gym and spa, life, two-storey garage, swimming pool, and tennis court.

The couple were spotted house hunting in Pacific Palisades, California, back in March, inspecting a number of properties, so no word on where they’ll end up when bub arrives.
