Oslo stole the top spot as the world's best city for wellness, largely courtesy of the fact that 68% of the capital's public space comprises of lush parks and gardens.
Helsinki followed closely behind at number three with Stockholm coming in at number six.
The rest of the top 10 was largely dominated by European cities with Vienna (four), Madrid (five) and Amsterdam (eight) also making the cut.
But Australia pulled through with Sydney bagging a well-earned seventh spot all thanks to its 2,592 hours-worth of sunshine ever year (that's enough to put a smile on anyone's face).
The city was also ranked number three for green space with 46% of land utilised as parks and gardens.
Melbourne also earned a place on the list at number 11 beating Berlin, Toronto and Seoul to the spot.
Hong Kong, Rome, Edinburgh and Milan rounded out the list.
