Mariah Carey’s New “All I Want For Christmas” Film Clip Features All Your Favourite Celebs

The Christmas gift that keeps on giving

I know what you’re thinking, how could Mariah Carey’s original “All I Want For Christmas” get any better? Well, I’m very glad you asked. To commemorate the 25th anniversary of Carey’s holiday bop (as well as the first year the hit has made number one on the charts), a star-studded cast of your favourite celebrities have come together to pay tribute to the reigning musical queen of Christmas. And obviously, we’re here for it.

The brand-new video, which was upload to the popstars YouTube channel on December 23 (just in time for the most festive day of the year), features more celebrities than we can even count! The video begins with Tyler Perry announcing that the video is dedicated to Mariah Carey, jokingly mispronouncing her name in the process.

Following his introduction were appearances by Ryan Reynolds, Katy Perry, Ciara, Ruby Rose, Laverne Cox, Missy Elliott, Olivia Newton-John, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, Kerry Washington, and several others. Even Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner made the cut!

Perhaps the sweetest cameo of all comes at the very end, when Carey’s own kids have their chance to shine. Dressed in the most adorable red onesies, Moroccan and Monroe seem like complete naturals as they rock out to their mum’s iconic track in front of the camera. Although the song is more than three times older than Carey’s twins, it’s clear to see that this Christmas tune will continue to be a festive tradition for many years to come.
