December 1 has been definitively dubbed the date it’s *socially* acceptable to dust off the Christmas tree.
There is, however, no rule prohibiting us from preparing for the festive day by stocking up on new decorations for said tree.
If anything, it should be encouraged. Those who have walked the desolate aisles of their favourite store’s now-empty Christmas collection will know the deep regret of not having stocked up sooner.
Already being released are our favourite kinds of decorations: gifting baubles and bonbons filled with everything from luxe beauty products to craft gins.
Unfortunately for us, these are typically snapped up even faster than those of the traditional aesthetic.
