Started in 2017 by best friends Evangeline Titilas and Sami Lorking-Tanner, With Jรฉan has quickly culminated a cult followingโincluding a long list of celebrity fans, including Elsa Hosk (pictured below), Camila Morrone and Sarah Ellen.
