In case you hadn’t heard, Olivia Dean is en route to Australia. This October, the British songstress will bring her The Art of Loving tour Down Under, with five shows across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane — an opportunity to bask in her soulful lyricism, velvet vocals and, naturally, a crystal-encrusted wardrobe to boot.
While her original dates swiftly sold out, a second chance has now arrived for those who missed out. Following production changes, a limited number of tickets to Dean’s Australian shows will be released to fans on her waitlist, offering one more opportunity to experience the British singer live.
Even if you’re not a superfan just yet (give it time, trust us), chances are you’ve already heard one of Dean’s irresistibly earwormy melodies. “Man I Need”, “Nice To Each Other” and “So Easy (To Fall In Love)” swiftly burrowed their way into the cultural consciousness, cementing Dean as one of British pop’s most compelling new voices. And the accolades have followed: in February, she took home the Best New Artist award at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards, officially making her rise to pop’s upper echelons Grammy-certified.
So, if you’re as eager to see Dean as we are, we’ve gathered everything you need to know about securing one of these coveted tickets.
Olivia Dean Australia Tour Dates
Dean will grace our shores from October 5 through to October 13, making stops in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane along the way. Across the Tasman, however, New Zealand fans are receiving an even grander upgrade.
Such has been the demand for her Auckland show on Saturday, October 17, that the performance has been moved from Spark Arena to the sprawling Western Springs Bowl, opening up plenty of additional tickets.
