The long-awaited Bruce Springsteen biopic, Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere, has finally dropped its first trailer, revealing Jeremy Allen White as “The Boss” – in action.
Following hot on the heels of Timothée Chalamet’s transformation into Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown, the Bruce Springsteen biopic trailer takes Jeremy Allen White out of The Bear’s kitchen and onto the stage.
Fans of the New Jersey juggernaut can breathe a sign of relief, after the teaser showed what appears to be an authentic representation of the acclaimed singer’s early formative years.
The film, which is due to be released in cinemas on October 24, 2025, looks primed for Oscars buzz, as the voice of Springsteen’s record producer and longtime manager Jon Landau (played by Jeremy Strong) rises over scenes of the young musician on the verge of greatness.

“This is not about either one of us, this is not about the charts,” Landau explains to a music executive in the first clip. “This is about Bruce Springsteen, and these are the songs he wants to work on right now.”
Based on the making of Springsteen’s seminal record Nebraska, the sentiment is at once arresting, and inspiring. “Let me tell you a little story,” Landau continues. “When Bruce was little, he had a hole in the floor of his bedroom. The floor – it’s supposed to be solid, you’re supposed to be able to stand on it. Bruce, he didn’t have that.
“Bruce is a repair man. And what he’s doing with this album is, he’s repairing that hole in his floor. He’s repairing that hole in himself. And once he’s done that, he’s gonna repair the entire world.”
The quote is particularly relevant to the album’s history, with Springsteen famously laying down the first versions of Nebraska from his bedroom on a 4-track recorder.
Whether you’re a fan of The Boss, or not, there’s no denying Allen White’s transformation is one of the more authentic representations in the biopic universe.
Where Can I Watch The Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere Trailer?
Lucky for us, the newly released Bruce Springsteen biopic trailer is officially here – and if this isn’t enough to get you pumped for the full version of Born To Run, then we don’t know what will.
The trailer features clips of Jeremy Allen White as Bruce Springsteen, along with love interest Faye, played by Australian actress Odessa Young.
Viewers also get a glimpse of Springsteen’s early years, with flashbacks showing his childhood and relationship with his father – played by Adolescence star Stephen Graham, and mother, played by Gaby Hoffman.
In a rousing end to the trailer, Jeremy Allen White completes his transformation into The Boss, with a performance of Born To Run – and a rather good one at that.
Does Jeremy Allen White Sing In The Bruce Springsteen Biopic Trailer?

While it may be hard to believe for some, like Timmy Chalamet, Jeremy Allen White does actually sing in Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere.
Providing viewers with an authentic experience was important to the film’s director Scott Cooper, and White himself, so when Springsteen confirmed the news in January with a glowing endorsement, it was all fans needed to get on board.
“He sings well, he sings very well,” Springsteen told E Street Radio. “Jeremy Strong and Odessa Young, you know, it’s a tremendous cast of people. THey cast the film beautifully, so it’s very exciting.
