The First Victim Killed In London Terror Attack Identified As Bride-To-Be

"We grieve the loss of our beautiful, loving daughter and sister"

Less than two weeks after the Manchester Arena terror attack that left 22 dead and 59 injured, terrorists targeted London.

Seven people have been killed and a further 48 are in hospital following a white van ploughing into pedestrians on London Bridge, before the three men walked into bars and stabbed people at random.

The incident has been confirmed an act of terrorism and police have confirmed the three suspects have been shot dead.

Now the first victim who was killed in the attack has been named.

Christine Archibald was a bride-to-be who moved from Canada to Europe with her fiancé.

Her heartbroken family has released a statement, writing:

“We grieve the loss of our beautiful, loving daughter and sister.

She had room in her heart for everyone and believed strongly that every person was to be valued and respected. She lived this belief working in a shelter for the homeless until she moved to Europe with her fiancé.”

“She would have had no understanding of the callous cruelty that caused her death. Please honour her by making your community a better place. Volunteer your time and labour to donate to a homeless shelter.”

“Tell them Chrissy sent you.”
