Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth has become the second star to flee the series this season. After her husband Sam skipped out on their honeymoon, the 27-year-old was a no-show on Wednesday’s dinner party.
Viewers were left confused after the glamorous blonde mysteriously failed to make a single appearance during the episode. “Last night Elizabeth tried to make some moves and kiss me some more…I just hated every second of it,” said Sam after waking up in an empty apartment.
Turning up to the dinner party, Sam revealed: “I have no idea where Elizabeth is. She’s the one who wanted to stay when I wanted to leave and now she’s just left. I’ve got no idea where she’s gone.” The tradie adds that Lizzie must have felt awkward about making the moves on him last night, which he rejected and that she’s done a runner due to her embarrassment at getting turned down.
The fellow brides and grooms question Sam as to where Elizabeth might be.
“What in the hell is going on? That’s weird,” asks Heidi when he shows up alone.
“Where’s your wife,” Jessika asks. “Where’s Liz,” Cyrell shouts.
“That’s what I was going to ask you guys, I don’t know,” he says, which brings a smile to Ines’s face. “I haven’t seen her.”
“What do you mean,” Heidi asks, “you guys, do you have phones?” Sam claims it’s because he was at the doctor’s all day (and was subsequently diagnosed with chicken pox) so “no phones”. I can tell you at my doctor’s surgery you can’t get anyone to look you in the eye as they’re all intently on their phones!
“She just left,” he finally says. “We’ve been trying but obviously the feeling aren’t there so it’s really hard,” he finishes.

Elizabeth is believed to have walked out after being rejected by Sam, but we can’t wait for her dramatic return.
