Former Glee actress Naya Rivera has been released from police custody after being arrested over allegedly assaulting her husband in West Virginia.
According to authorities, 30-year-old Rivera was charged with misdemeanour domestic battery, CNN reports.
Police responded to a domestic violence complaint on Saturday night in the hometown of Rivera’s husband, actor Ryan Dorsey.
Dorsey reportedly told police his wife had “struck him in the head and face” while they were walking with their 2-year-old son.
A video has emerged on Twitter of Rivera appearing in court in a grey sweatshirt and handcuffs
Rivera was released on bond, EW reports.
