What is House Of The Dragon about?
The series will be based on George R. R. Martin's book, Fire & Blood, published in 2018. Set three centuries before the story of Game Of Thrones, the 10-part narrative will follow the origins of the House of Targaryen, shedding new insight on the lineage of the Mother of Dragons.
The House of Targaryen, the only family of dragonlords to survive the Doom of Valyria, is led by Aegon the Conqueror. We'll watch as other generations of Targaryens fight to take up the same helm.
