The Australian Travel Destinations We’re Putting On Our Bucket List

International travel could be as far away as 2023

While international travel could be as far away as 2023 (and no doubt, look very different than what we’re used to), there are countless incredible, awe-inspiring travel destinations on our very own shores. As Australia begins to ease its lockdowns and reopen businesses (including beauty salons and pubs), it’s also a great time to consider taking a trip to some of our under-the-radar spots

From the beautiful sandy beaches to hideaway cabins, Australia has some of the most sought after scenery in the world. While we can’t travel to some faraway land, we can instead help those who have been hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic. From establishments that have been rebuilding since the bushfires earlier this year to ones that were forced to shut while we flattened the curve.

While not all borders are open just yet, it’s expected that come June we’ll be allowed to venture out and start rebuilding life as we knew it. Below, we’ve rounded up some of the prettiest places to getaway – all under our very own roof.

Elements Of Byron

The best in quintessential beachside luxury, Elements of Byron on the sandy shores of New South Wales is the perfect destination for zen-ing out. From their tucked-away villas, you can enjoy a truly luxurious escape inclusive of tranquil bubble baths and long walks on the beach. Per government regulations, Elements of Byron will be taking bookings from June 17.
