2018 has been a transformative year for Hailey Baldwin, who officially changed her surname to Bieber after marrying Justin Bieber in September.
The 22-year-old is capping off the year with another change – she’s farewelled her signature bob hair in favour of a shorter style. Taking to Instagram Story, Hailey showed off her blunt cut, which skims her jawline for a flattering face-framing effect, with the caption – “chopped.”
