As we settle into the thick of winter in Australia, there’s plenty of fashionable fodder to keep us inspired.
Sure, your feed may be full of friends basking in the European sun, clad in seashell-adorned string bikinis with an Aperol Spritz permanently in hand, but we’re not jealous. Truly! Besides, someone has to hold down the fort Down Under.
Speaking of Europe, men’s fashion week has officially wrapped in Paris, delivering an abundance of fresh ideas for the seasons ahead and signalling a more experimental approach to menswear. We also witnessed Simone Rocha’s long-awaited menswear debut, where her signature romance of ruffles, embellishment and whimsy was reimagined through a lens that felt equal parts preppy and punkish.
Closer to home, there was plenty to celebrate too. GHD have just launched their annual Pink campaign in support of in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, while Calvin Klein Collection officially makes its Australian retail debut at Parlour X.
Ahead, everything you need to know this month.

Van Cleef & Arpels Unveils New Lucky Spring Collection

With spring on the horizon, now feels like the perfect time to indulge in a little botanical beauty. Van Cleef & Arpels has unveiled a poetic new chapter of its beloved Lucky Spring collection, introducing five yellow gold creations inspired by the quiet beauty of nature in bloom.
Joining the Maison’s signature ladybugs, plum blossoms and lily-of-the-valley buds is a delicate butterfly, a motif woven into Van Cleef & Arpels’ history since 1906. Crafted from luminous lapis lazuli, blue and green agate, and white mother-of-pearl, the butterfly has fluttered its way onto long necklaces, bracelets, earrings, a clip and the Maison’s iconic Between the Finger ring, bringing a fresh sense of movement and vitality to the collection.
Accompanying the jewellery is the enchanting Lady Lucky Spring Butterfly watch, the latest addition to the Maison’s Poetic Complications collection. More than a timepiece, the watch transforms the passing of time into a miniature work of art: as the minutes pass, an enamel butterfly slowly glides across a deep blue guilloché mother-of-pearl dial before returning to its starting point at the top of each hour.
Pretty In Pink: GHD’s Annual Campaign Returns For Breast Cancer Research

Look good, feel good! GHD’s annual Pink Campaign is back, marking 23 years of supporting breast cancer charities around the world. To date, the brand has raised more than $25.5 million USD globally and continues its partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to raise awareness about the importance of regular self-checks.
This year’s limited-edition Dusted Pink collection features some of ghd’s most-loved styling tools, including the Chronos styler, Duet Blowdry and Helios hair dryer, all reimagined in a soft pink hue. For every purchase, ghd will donate $20 to NBCF, helping fund vital breast cancer research and education initiatives.
The campaign is especially important given that 1 in 7 women in Australia will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. By supporting the initiative, we can help fund research while also encouraging greater awareness of the importance of early detection. Besides, who wouldn’t want their favourite hair tool rendered pink? The limited-edition collection is available to shop from July 1.
