Longines Ambassador of Elegance and British actress, Kate Winslet, is the star of Longines new campaign celebrating the MINI DOLCEVITA line.
Captured in a series of moody British seaside shots, Winslet wears the new timepiece with a cream knit and dark grey checkered blazer, embracing the quiet luxury energy of the piece.
Released in 2023, the Mini DolceVita is an extension of the Longines DolceVita family, having been inspired by a timepiece from 1927.
The newly released model has been enhanced with new leather straps that encircle the wrist in comfort and softness while giving a subtle nod to the brand’s equestrian history with the watch strap holes numbered in hot-press printing from 1 to 6 in the same way stirrup leathers connect the saddle to a horse’s stirrups.
While the straps are available in six different colour-ways, the watch face is presented within a stainless-steel rectangular case that’s both water-resistant to 30 metres and equipped with a high-precision L178 quartz movement.
Three of the Mini DolceVita variants come with a silvered rectangular roman dial with a flinqué decoration and delicate geometric motifs. The face is completed with painted Roman numerals and blue steel hands.
These models sport a double tour strap in Nappa leather in black, beige gold with ivory topstiching, or pink, with two of the models are adorned with 38 Top Wesselton diamonds.
The other three models come with a circular silvered sand-blasted Cosmo dial with a matt white hours indicator separating the external square from the interior circle.
These models offer Nappa leather straps in red, orange and green.
With a British great at the front and centre of the new campaign, the photographs (taken by Greg Williams) highlight the actress’s very own concept of time—time to just, be.
