There are some things that never go out of style. Kindness, compassion and the power of people coming together for a cause that matters. This October, Ralph Lauren is putting all three in the spotlight with its 2026 Pink Pony campaign, The Power of Us, a global initiative supporting the fight against cancer.
For more than 25 years, the iconic American fashion house has been using its influence to raise awareness, fund cancer research and improve access to quality care. But this year’s campaign delivers a particularly poignant message: nobody should have to face cancer alone.
At the heart of The Power of Us are the real stories of people whose lives have been changed by cancer. Bringing together survivors, a current patient and a leading cancer prevention expert, the campaign explores the personal realities of diagnosis, treatment and recovery, while celebrating the extraordinary difference that human connection can make.

Among the faces featured are model and ovarian cancer survivor Ash Foo, author and leukaemia survivor Saffron Vadher, and Dr Chanita Hughes-Halbert, a leading expert in cancer prevention and health disparities. Together they reinforce an important message: awareness, early detection and access to medical support can change outcomes.
Of course, this is Ralph Lauren, so fashion plays an important role in bringing that message to life. The 2026 Pink Pony collection reimagines some of the label’s most recognisable wardrobe staples in its signature pink-and-black palette. Think timeless Oxford shirts, cable-knit sweaters and classic baseball caps, each carrying a purpose beyond personal style.
And the impact is tangible. The brand is donating 100 per cent of the purchase price of three selected pieces – the Pink Pony Twill Ball Cap, Oxford Shirt and Relaxed Fit Cable-Knit Sweater – to its network of cancer charities. At least 25 per cent of the purchase price of other Pink Pony collection pieces will also contribute to the cause. On October 17, Ralph Lauren took its commitment one step further with its inaugural Global Day of Shopping, donating five per cent of purchases worldwide to support the initiative.

Closer to home, the campaign has a particularly meaningful connection. In Australia, Ralph Lauren continues its partnership with the McGrath Foundation, helping fund the organisation’s vital work providing free cancer care nurses to individuals and families navigating a diagnosis. It’s a partnership that demonstrates what meaningful support looks like beyond the campaign imagery. Because while awareness starts conversations, practical care can make an enormous difference to someone facing one of life’s most challenging experiences.
Ultimately, The Power of Us is about something much bigger than a collection of beautiful clothes. It’s about showing up for one another, encouraging the people we love to prioritise their health and recognising that even small actions can contribute to meaningful change. And if fashion can help make that happen? That’s something worth wearing pink for.
