If there’s one fashion item we have long coveted since watching How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days over a decade ago, it’s THAT gold dress worn by Kate Hudson to the ‘Frost Yourself’ party.
The dress – long, silky, figure-hugging with a low back and crossover straps – was the stuff of our school formal dreams, and we’d still die to own it today. Even if there’s really nowhere we could wear it.
By the way, we hope the reboot that’s apparently happening features the same dress.
Well, that dream became a reality for Audrey Parrow, a TikTok user who claims she found the dress – yes, THE dress – in a Goodwill op shop store.
Audrey posted a video to TikTok following her finding the dress, paying $4.99 for it (!!) and then wearing it. The dress certainly looks like the one Andie wears to the party, right down to the back details and quality.
Whether it was a set up or not, it definitely seems like she owns the dress – and that’s enough to have us green with envy. But there are still copycat dresses you can find on the web, like this one.
There’s a chance Audrey’s is a copycat, but it really does look just as amazing as it did in How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. So we’re still absolutely jealous.
