All of our childhood dreams are coming true as Airbnb officially opens Barbie’s dream house for bookings.
Yes, this means that you can actually stay overnight in a life-size Barbie house. The only catch? You have to be in Malibu. However, for those that do live across the pond (or are willing to fork out some money to get there) Ken’s bedroom is up for grabs.
Of course, it won’t be easy to get a booking—the offer only lets fans request to book two individual one-night stays for up to two guests each on July 21 and July 22, 2023.
While this means your chances of actually securing a spot are quite slim, if you do, your stay is completely free! Why? Well, according to Airbnb, Ken couldn’t figure out the maths.
So, what can those who actually book the place expect? Well, to start with, the house is a bright pink ocean front mansion in Malibu with panoramic views. Guests will also be able to take a spin through Ken’s wardrobe, boogie on Ken’s outdoor disco dance floor, take a dip in the infinity pool and take home their very own rollerblades.
