Matt Smith

Taking on the role of the ruthless Prince Daemon Targaryen, Smith is set to be a key player in House Of The Dragon.

The British actor was romantically linked to investment banker Caroline Brady for the past year. Caroline’s sister is Millie Brady, who starred in The Queen’s Gambit alongside Anya-Taylor Joy and Zombies, alongside Smith’s ex-girlfriend, Lily James.

Smith dated James from 2014-2019 and had an on-again-off-again relationship with model Daisy Lowe from 2010 to 2014.

Emma D’Arcy

Emma D’Arcy is a non-binary actor who uses the pronouns they/them and has taken on the role of an older version of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen(with the younger version played by Milly Alcock).

D’Arcy is known to be a very private person, with no details on their dating life publicly available.

Graham McTavish

Ser Harrold Westerling, who has served in the Kingsguard since the days of King Jaehaerys, is played by Scottish actor Graham McTavish (best known for his roles in The Hobbit movies).

Graham has been married to filmmaker and director Gwen McTavish for several decades. They don’t make public appearances often, but they do share two daughters, Honor (15) and Hope (10) McTavish.

Olivia Cooke

Alicent Hightower, close friends with Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, will be played by British actress Olivia Cooke.

Cooke was romantically linked to American actor Christopher Abbott in 2015 for a seemingly fleeting romance, which was rumoured to have ended in the same year. Then, the pair were spotted having dinner together in 2019, sparking speculation that they’d rekindled things, but they broke up for the second (and final time) that same year.

In 2020, she was said to be dating Ben Hardy, after meeting while filming Pixie, but they called it quits that same year. Speaking to The Sun, a source said: “Olivia and Ben were smitten to begin with but the intensity soon fizzled out. They’re at pivotal points in their acting careers and just couldn’t make it work.”

As it currently stands, the actress appears to be single.

Paddy Considine

Chosen over Princess Rhaenys Targaryen to succeed the Old King (Jaehaerys Targaryen) by the lords of Westeros, King Viserys Targaryen (played by Considine) will spend a good portion of the show deciding who will succeed him after being unable to produce a male heir.

In 2012, the actor was diagnosed with  mild Asperger syndrome.

“It was a precarious period because everyone’s an expert on this stuff,” he told Esquire in 2018.  All I knew was I had sensitivities to environments and to certain people touching me and being around me. I had problems with eye contact.”

Paddy has been married to Shelley Considine since 2002, but the pair have been dating since they were just 18-years-old.

Speaking to The Telegraph in 2011, he sang his wife’s praises.

“For the last 20 years she has been there for me with no ulterior motives at all. She’s just incredible and I feel so privileged to have met her.”

The couple share three children, but have kept the identity of two a secret from the public. Their only known child is a son named Joseph.

Milly Alcock

Australian actress Milly Alcock is playing the role of young Rhaenyra Targaryen.

She has chosen to keep her private life relatively private and her current relationship status is unknown, though one would most likely guess that she’s single for the time being and focusing on her career.

Eve Best

Previously known for her role as Dr. Eleanor O’Hara in Nurse Jackie, Eve Best is portraying Princess Rhaenys Targaryen in House Of The Dragon.

Currently the actress appears to be single, with her last known relationship being with Tom Bateman in 2012. At the time, Best was 17 years Batemans senior, with the pair meeting while co-starring in a stage production of The Duchess of Malfi.

Steve Toussaint

Toussaints’ character, Lord Corlys Velaryon is the Lord of House Velaryon, a Valyrian bloodline as old as House Targaryen.

Currently, the actor appears to be single with virtually no information available about his previous partners.

Fabien Frankel

Assuming the role of Dornish descendant, Ser Criston Cole, Frankel’s character is crossing over into this world for the first time, and determined to prove himself.

The actor appears to be single and hasn’t divulged any information about his romantic life previously.
