**What is The Walking Dead about?**

Maybe you’re in the 10% of Australia who actually haven’t seen The Walking Dead yet. Firstly, strange. Secondly, you’re probably wanting a quick and simple synopsis.

Based on a comic book series written by Robert Kirkman, The Walking Dead begins with a sheriff, Rick Grimes, waking up from a month-long coma to find himself in an empty hospital filled with zombie corpses. He leaves to find his wife and kids and gets whacked by a shovel by fellow zombie survivor Duane Jones who mistakenly thought Grimes was…the walking dead. Better safe than sorry right?

Grimes finally realises he has woken up in a zombie apocalypse and has to do everything in his will to survive.

We think this quote in season three sums the situation up pretty well: “in this life now you kill or you die. Or you die and you kill.”

**What will The Walking Dead season 11 part 2 be about?**

The Walking Dead returns with many of our heroes fighting imminent hellfire under Reaper attack, while others battle Mother Nature’s torrential wrath in Alexandria. For all, their world is literally crashing down around them.
