Mike Tindall spent the last month in Japan for the Rugby World Cup but the father-of-two found a sentimental way to keep his family close despite being thousands of miles apart.

In a video of the British rugby champion shared on YouTube, Tindall accidentally revealed his phone screensaver - a photograph of his wife Zara sat on his lap alongside their eldest daughter, Mia.
The image, showcased in a clip filmed by former England team mate James Haskell, Zara is seen beaming at the camera in a par of sunglasses and boat neckline top while their five-year-old smiles too.

The royal couple are also parents to a second daughter, Lena Elizabeth Tindall, who was born in June 2018.
Thankfully, he didn't have to rely on his phone throughout the entire trip, as some close members of the Windsor clan paid a visit to the nation for the sporting event.
Halfway through the tournament, Tindall was joined by Zara and her elder brother Peter Phillips. If that wasn't enough to cheer him up, Prince Harry also made a last-minute trip to the country to watch England play South Africa in the final on Saturday evening where he bagged a seat beside Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko.
Though his screensaver isn't the only adorable thing he's done in recent weeks, as Tindall revealed the nickname he has for his wife during a conversation on the RugbyJoe podcast last month.
The 41-year-old was teased during a game of 'Would You Rather...' by interviewer Alex Payne and was asked whether he would rather marry a royal or win the World Cup.
In response, he answered: "Well I've technically done both but hang on, will it be my wife that I'm marrying?"
Alex responded: "Yes, would you rather marry Zoe or win the World Cup?" to which Mike replied: "Could we take Zoey out of it? Because obviously if it's my wife I would marry my wife."
