After news broke yesterday that Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris had split, fans were holding out hope that there was still no official word from either camp.
However that hope just disappeared after the Scottish DJ took to Twitter to confirm the news.
“The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect,” he wrote.
Taylor then retweeted the post, further cementing their relationship status as donezo.
News of the split broke after multiple sources confirmed the pair had gone their separate ways.
“There was no drama. Things just don’t work out sometimes,” a source told People.
The pair were together for 15 months and celebrated a PDA-filled anniversary getaway earlier this year.
