After months of anticipation, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding day has come and gone, but the finer details are still trickling through.
Ever since the couple announced their engagement in August 2025, following nearly two years of countless date nights, Eras Tour appearances and Chiefs games, fans have been trying to piece together every last detail of what would become one of the biggest celebrity weddings in recent memory—an “American royal wedding”, if you will.
Would Swift wear an American designer or a storied European fashion house? Could Madison Square Garden really be transformed into a wedding venue? Which famous faces would make the guest list?
Now, we finally have some answers. Jonathan Anderson designed Swift’s Christian Dior Haute Couture wedding gown (the first celebrity bridal creation of his Dior tenure), while Adam Sandler unexpectedly stepped into the role of officiant.
Despite extensive street closures around the venue designed to give the couple a degree of privacy, paparazzi and dedicated Swifties still managed to catch glimpses of the star-studded arrivals, including Zoë Kravitz, Dakota Johnson, Camila Cabello, Ed Sheeran and Karlie Kloss.
Here’s every photo, official update and behind-the-scenes detail to emerge from the wedding weekend so far.
GMA Host Spills On The “Moving” Vows
Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos gave the first official statement on what went on during Swift and Kelce’s ceremony — notably touching on the couple’s vows.
“The ceremony was great, moving. Adam Sandler, funny and touching,” he told ABC News.
“Vows, everything you would hope for, real, vulnerable, serious, and silly. Deeply loving. Who knew that a wedding in Madison Square Garden could be so intimate?”
Guests Share Their Wedding Looks & Reviews
Swift’s country roots rang true for the guest list with Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris and Kristian Bush sharing some glamourous pre-wedding snaps of their attire.

Meanwhile, artists Nelly (who famously joined Swift on stage during both her Red tour in 2013 and 1989 tour in 2015) and Ashanti, who was empowered to re-record her own albums by Swift, were both in attendance.
Taking to Instagram, Nelly shared a video leaving the wedding with the caption: “S/O to @taylorswift & @killatrav!! Wedding was incredible.”””
Empire State Building Becomes Taylor’s ‘Something Blue’
In one of the evening’s most striking tributes, the Empire State Building illuminated entirely in blue following the ceremony.
The iconic New York landmark regularly changes colour to mark major cultural moments, and the display served as a symbolic “something blue” for the bride.
JUST&T MARRIED!

As celebrations continued inside, Madison Square Garden’s exterior signage was transformed to read “JUST T&T MARRIED!”
The playful message echoed the personalised “T&T” monogram featured on keepsake boxes distributed during the rehearsal dinner and served as the confirmation fans had been holding out for.
The Bride Wore Dior
Just one photo of the bride in her gown is all we ask for. While we’re still holding out hope to see a glimpse in the days ahead, we did receive the next best thing: confirmation of the designer.
“The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture. They are designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom,” an official statement read.
The details didn’t stop there, the statement adding: “Their shoes were custom made by Christian Louboutin and the bride wore Cartier jewelry.”
A Possible Sombr Performance
Musician, Sombr, shared a clip to social media ahead of the wedding as her got dressed in Kyosuke Kunimoto suit, captioning the video: “feeling gorgeous rn”. At her 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony, Swift selected the musician to perform renditions of two of her hit songs. It was a heartfelt moment the was the culmination of a long-running friendship between the duo.
So, if she’s trusting enough to have Sombr perform her hits at such an occasion, could she have placed the same faith in him to perform at the wedding?
Adam Sandler Confirmed As The Couple’s Officient

One of the day’s biggest surprises came after the ceremony concluded, when it was confirmed actor Adam Sandler officiated the wedding — a detail also confirmed by Swift’s publicist, Paine.
“The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler,” the statement read.
The pair have maintained a friendship for several years, with Kelce previously appearing in Happy Gilmore 2.
Taylor & Travis’ Bridal Party Revealed
Swift’s longtime publicist and friend, Tree Paine confirmed the couple chose not to have a traditional bridal party for their wedding.
In the statement released to People Paine confirmed: ““Taylor & Travis did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, her brother Austin Swift served as Taylor’s Man of Honor and Jason Kelce was Travis’ Best Man. The ceremony joined both families together.”
Celebrity Guests Arrive For The Wedding

Dakota Johnson was one of the earliest high-profile guests photographed heading inside the venue in a sleek black gown featuring a high neckline and thigh-high split. She was quickly followed by supermodel Gigi Hadid and actor Bradley Cooper, Camila Cabello in a vivid Zimmermann gown, actor Jason Sudeiki, Hugh Grant and wife Anna Elisabet Eberstein and to many fans’ surprise, Karlie Kloss.

Convoy Of Black Cars Seen Arriving At MSG

Hours before the ceremony, fleets of black SUVs started filing into the secured entrances surrounding Madison Square Garden.
Police barriers and extensive security cordons were already in place as guests were escorted inside.
Velvet Gift Boxes Spotted Leaving Rehearsal Dinner
Guests departing the rehearsal dinner were photographed carrying matching black velvet boxes embossed with a gold “T&T” monogram.
The keepsakes quickly became one of the evening’s most talked-about details, fuelling speculation about the level of personalisation throughout the wedding weekend.
Selena Gomez & Suki Waterhouse Lead Rehearsal Dinner Arrivals

Before the wedding festivities officially kicked off, some of Taylor Swift’s closest friends gave fans a glimpse of the rehearsal dinner.
Selena Gomez appeared to confirm she was on her way by sharing a video from the back of a car on Instagram Stories while promoting a new Rare Beauty product. Eagle-eyed fans quickly identified her elegant black Oscar de la Renta gown, paired with Jimmy Choo heels, with her styling team later sharing a full outfit breakdown the following morning.
Singer and actress Suki Waterhouse also documented her journey to the celebration, posting from the car in a floral Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2026 dress. She kept her look relaxed with tousled waves and soft makeup, soundtracking the clip with her own song, When I Get Drunk (I Want You Boy).
Lena Dunham’s Rehearsal Dinner Speech

If the rehearsal dinner was meant to set the tone for the wedding weekend, Lena Dunham certainly made sure guests wouldn’t forget it.
According to the Daily Mail, the actress and longtime friend of Taylor Swift delivered a speech that included the quip:
“American football is just straight guys reenacting gay porn.”
The joke reportedly prompted a mixed reaction from the room, which was filled with NFL stars and their partners. While some guests were said to laugh, others reportedly gasped at the unexpected punchline.
Swift, however, was reportedly delighted by the speech, with the outlet claiming she embraced Dunham afterwards and called her a “genius.”
