On the heels of the birth of their first child, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have chosen to upsize their home for their growing family.
The notoriously private family have relocated from their Coldwater Canyon estate, which Diaz previously purchased from Candice Bergen. Diaz also maintains a cottage-sized home above L.A.’s Sunset Strip, as well as a $13.34 million condo in New York City.
The 1.7 acre estate is listed as a “compound” due to its mansion-sized main house and separate guesthouse, both of which are described as “custom architectural farmhouses,” per the listing.
Designed ANR Signature Collection, the home was finished by the same developer of who sold previous projects to famous names such as Kylie Jenner, Travis Scott, Kerry Washington and Demi Lovato.
According to Dirt, the expansive seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home measures in at 863 square metres, includes a home theatre, sky-high ceilings with modern french doors, a stunning marble bathroom and a chic courtyard with a large pool.
