If anything, Don’t Worry Darling has given us too much to discuss as it drops in cinemas across the world, but one of the lesser, um, dramatic elements of it is Hollywood great Chris Pine’s return to the screen.
Indeed, Pine, or shall we say, receiver of Harry Styles’ spit, has been a stalwart in the film industry for decades, but he took a short hiatus from the cameras over the Covid-19 pandemic, picking up only one small voiceover role in American Dad!.
But these days, his schedule is jam-packed. In the next two years, expect to see Pine’s face in the new Dungeons & Dragons live action film, a Star Trek sequel and, the JFK assassination-inspired biopic, Newsflash.

Does Chris Pine have a girlfriend?
At the moment, it looks like Chris Pine is currently single after he split with his partner of four years, Annabelle Wallis in early 2022.
Per PEOPLE, the pair broke up sometime around March. They were first linked back in 2018 when they were spotted on numerous dates together. At the time, a source told the publication they seemed “very comfortable together”.
No doubt they were given Wallis is also a fellow actor who starred in 2021’s Malignant and 2017’s The Mummy. It was understood they isolated together during the Covid-19 pandemic as well.
The 42-year-old was previously linked to several other A-listers including Zoë Kravitz (don’t worry, it was long before Kravitz struck up her current romance with Channing Tatum). The pair were thought to be dating in 2010.
A year later, he began dating model Dominique Piek, but the pair split in 2013. Speaking to OUT magazine at the time, Pine explained that a relationship was “really hard in our business to maintain”.
“For me, right now, it’d be really hard,” he added.
More recently, none other than The Hills alum Audrina Partridge revealed that she and Pine shared a brief fling in the late 2010s after meeting at an awards show.
“[Chris Pine] came up to me and introduced himself to me and gave me his number,” she told Hollywood Raw podcast in 2021.
“And all the girls were kicking me under the table like, ‘Oh, my God. You don’t know who that is?’ I’m like, ‘No.’ They’re like, ‘That’s Chris Pine.’ I was like, ‘Oh, he’s hot!'”
She explained that the pair went on a few dates together before they called it quits because Pine wasn’t keen on the intense levels of paparazzi. Partridge was in the midst of filming the LA-based reality show and was often put before the paparazzi lens.
These days, it appears Pine is happily doing his own thing—and even if he is seeing someone, we’re pretty certain he’ll do his best to keep it away from prying eyes.
