As we settle into the thick of winter in Australia, there’s plenty of fashionable fodder to keep us inspired.
Sure, your feed may be full of friends basking in the European sun, clad in seashell-adorned string bikinis with an Aperol Spritz permanently in hand, but we’re not jealous. Truly! Besides, someone has to hold down the fort Down Under.
Speaking of Europe, haute couture Fashion Week officially wrapped up in Paris last month in all its whimsical glory, delivering an abundance of fresh ideas for the seasons ahead and signalling that an escapist sensibility may trickle through to ready-to-wear, given its prevalence across the couture runways.
Closer to home, there is plenty to celebrate too. Supermodel Gemma Ward is fronting Camilla and Marc’s SS26 collection, with campaign imagery set against the backdrop of some of Sydney’s most recognisable monuments.
Meanwhile, iconic Australian accessories brand Mimco is celebrating 30 years by delving into its treasure trove archive of beloved original creations and reimagining them for a limited-edition ‘Re-Edition’ series.
Ahead, everything you need to know this month.
Dior Toujours Hobo Goes From Runway To Stores

Meet the newest addition to Dior’s arm-candy roster: a Hobo reinterpretation of the Toujours, unveiled at the House’s Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 womenswear show. Jonathan Anderson has taken the beloved style and given it a slouchy new silhouette — all soft, rounded curves and an enveloping shape that still carries the House’s signature cannage stitching front and centre. It’s structured but relaxed, polished but easy, striking exactly the kind of balance Anderson seems to be chasing in this new chapter at Dior.
Practicality hasn’t been sacrificed for the sake of desirability, either. The bag’s generous volume makes it a genuine everyday option, while a removable shoulder strap means it can be worn hands-free or carried by hand depending on the moment. A CD Lock clasp adds a subtle, sculptural finishing touch, and the colour story runs from pastel to deep-toned leathers, with warmer, autumnal suedes rounding things out — plus playful “D, I, O, R” letter charms for a little extra flourish. Consider it your next It-bag: in stores and online from July.
Gemma Ward Fronts Camilla And Marc’s SS26 Campaign

Camilla and Marc’s Spring/Summer 2026 campaign feels like a contemporary homage to Australia, with Aussie supermodel Gemma Ward fronting the imagery against Sydney’s iconic skyline.
The atmospheric palette of muted, blue-tinged greys complements the collection’s refined offering, which features textural appliqués, fringed belts and plenty of cosy faux-fur. Spotted prints and flecks of check punctuate trenches and accessories, while staples such as the Manuela jean exemplifies the brand’s enduring affinity for assured, impeccably considered silhouettes.
Mimco Celebrates Three Decades With A Nostalgic Re-Edition Series

To celebrate 30 years, iconic Australian accessories brand Mimco revisits its extensive archive with a limited-edition ‘Re-Edition’ series, reviving cult-favourite handbags including the Mim Pouch, Mim Pouch Shoulder Bag and Turnlock Bowler with a modern take.
Featuring refreshed materials, signature hardware and nostalgic colourways, the collection is a welcome trip down memory lane that honours these iconic designs while introducing them to a new generation.
OTTO Sydney x Remy Davis: A Homecoming By Fire

Nestled along Sydney’s iconic Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo, Italian ristorante OTTO will host its first-ever chef collaboration this August, welcoming back acclaimed chef Remy Davis for ‘A Homecoming by Fire’ on Thursday 13 August 2026.
Reuniting with mentor Richard Ptacnik after first working together at OTTO 11 years ago, the pair have curated a succulent five-course shared menu celebrating Australian produce, fire-led cooking and the connection forged in the kitchen.
Standout dishes include Jerusalem artichoke risotto with Manchego, walnut and artichoke crisps, alongside bone-in rib-eye served with deep-fried smashed Kipfler potatoes and BBQ snake beans.
Richard Ptacnik, Head Chef at OTTO Sydney, reflects on the significance of Remy’s return: “As chefs, you hope the people you mentor go on to find their own voice and Remy has done exactly that. He started here at OTTO as a young cook eager to learn and has since built an incredible career across Australia and Europe. Having him back in the kitchen feels special and it’s rare to get a full circle moment from where a journey began and to celebrate how far it has come.”
With a cocktail on arrival and free-flowing drinks throughout the evening, it’s a celebration not to be missed. The event will commence at 6pm, with tickets available to book here.
Florence Pugh Fronts Max Mara’s New Fragrance Campaign

Max Mara has announced British actress Florence Pugh as the face of its debut fragrance, launching this August. Created in partnership with Japanese beauty giant Shiseido, the scent marks the first release under the pair’s 2024 fragrance licensing agreement, which sees Shiseido develop, produce and distribute fragrances for the Italian fashion house.
Van Cleef & Arpels Unveils New Lucky Spring Collection

With spring on the horizon, now feels like the perfect time to indulge in a little botanical beauty. Van Cleef & Arpels has unveiled a poetic new chapter of its beloved Lucky Spring collection, introducing five yellow gold creations inspired by the quiet beauty of nature in bloom.
Joining the Maison’s signature ladybugs, plum blossoms and lily-of-the-valley buds is a delicate butterfly, a motif woven into Van Cleef & Arpels’ history since 1906. Crafted from luminous lapis lazuli, blue and green agate, and white mother-of-pearl, the butterfly has fluttered its way onto long necklaces, bracelets, earrings, a clip and the Maison’s iconic Between the Finger ring, bringing a fresh sense of movement and vitality to the collection.
Accompanying the jewellery is the enchanting Lady Lucky Spring Butterfly watch, the latest addition to the Maison’s Poetic Complications collection. More than a timepiece, the watch transforms the passing of time into a miniature work of art: as the minutes pass, an enamel butterfly slowly glides across a deep blue guilloché mother-of-pearl dial before returning to its starting point at the top of each hour.
Pretty In Pink: GHD’s Annual Campaign Returns For Breast Cancer Research

Look good, feel good. GHD’s annual Pink Campaign is back, marking 23 years of supporting breast cancer charities around the world. To date, the brand has raised more than $25.5 million USD globally and continues its partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to raise awareness about the importance of regular self-checks.
This year’s limited-edition Dusted Pink collection features some of ghd’s most-loved styling tools, including the Chronos styler, Duet Blowdry and Helios hair dryer, all reimagined in a soft pink hue. For every purchase, ghd will donate $20 to NBCF, helping fund vital breast cancer research and education initiatives.
The campaign is especially important given that 1 in 7 women in Australia will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. By supporting the initiative, we can help fund research while also encouraging greater awareness of the importance of early detection. Besides, who wouldn’t want their favourite hair tool rendered pink? The limited-edition collection is available to shop from July 1.
