She may be due in April, but the Duchess of Cambridge shows no signs of slowing down on her royal engagements – if anything, she seems to be taking things up a notch.
Today, she visited the Mother and Baby Unit at the Bethlem Royal Hospital and the Maurice Wohl Clinical Neuroscience Institute at Kings College, London, learning about maternal mental health, perinatal research and meeting patients undergoing treatment.
She braved the rain for the visit, opting for a pale blue Seraphine coat over an increasingly visible baby bump.
