Nicole Kidman’s 2023 Oscars Red Carpet Look Was Dripping In Glamour

And of course, husband Keith Urban was by her side.

No one does a red carpet like Nicole Kidman. The actress, 55, stunned on the Oscars red carpet, wearing a custom Armani Privé gown and walking side-by-side with husband Keith Urban.

Styled by Julia von Boehm, Kidman’s black gown was a floor length number with a thigh high split, and decked with not one but two enormous silver and black flowers. If you’ve been paying attention to red carpet fashion as of late, you’ll know that florals have become the unexpected trend du jour for a red carpet moment, so it makes sense Nicole is bang on trend.

For her hair, Nicole ditched her signature red curls and opted for long blonde locks. Her beauty look was kept simple, with a plum-toned lip, simple eyes, and bushy brows. (If you were worried we were seeing a return to the naughties skinny brow look, think again.)

Husband Keith Urban, 55, also kept it simple in a black tux. While we love it when men take fashion risks on the red carpet, we also love it when the supporting men (in this case, Keith) keep it simple and let the nominees take the spotlight.

The couple looked more loved up than ever on the Oscars carpet, sharing several intimate moments in front of the cameras. The couple have been married since 2006, and if their many red carpet moments are anything to go by, the relationship is still going strong, 17 years later.

Although she’s not up for an Oscar today, Nicole is no stranger to the Academy Awards. She won the best actress Oscar in 2003 for her role in The Hours, and has been nominated four other times in her career: for Moulin Rouge! (in 2002), for Rabbit Hole (in 2011), for Lion (in 2017) and for Being the Ricardos (in 2022).

Instead, Nicole will be presenting an award today, so she’ll still get her moment in the spotlight.
