The end of awards season often heralds a subtle shift. The mood lifts, the fashion loosens, and the first A/W 2026 pieces begin to surface off the runway and in real life.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards, an annual snapshot of the songs and artists dominating radio and streaming over the past year, sits neatly in that transition. More intimate than its arena-scale counterparts but no less star-studded, the night brings together a tightly edited mix of musicians, alongside some of the most compelling early sightings of the season ahead.

Taylor Swift made her first red carpet appearance of the year in a pale green Wiederhoeft corset, intricately finished with silver appliqué. Adapted from the runway specifically for Swift, the look nodded to her title track lyric, “sequins are forever,” with embellishment cascading from the neckline to the hip.

The seafoam green palette, echoed in her Showgirl visuals, carried through to a matching mini skirt and satin open-toe heels by Jimmy Choo, styled with a suite of shimmering jewellery, including her diamond engagement ring by Kindred Lubeck for Artifex Fine.

Fresh off marking the 20th anniversary of Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus descended on the carpet in a full black leather look, styled with her signature Hannah-blonde hair.

Hosted by Ludacris, the March 26 ceremony celebrates the music that has defined iHeartMedia’s airwaves over the past year. Ludacris will also receive the iHeartRadio Landmark Award, while Miley Cyrus is set to be honoured with the Innovator Award.

Swift leads this year’s nominations with nine, followed by Sabrina Carpenter, Alex Warren and Bad Bunny with eight apiece.
