After an extended hiatus and years of global anticipation, BTS are officially reclaiming the stage.
The long-awaited 2026–2027 tour is already underway in North America, with the sprawling global run set to visit 34 regions across 85 shows.
The tour arrives in support of their long-awaited new album, released on March 20, and kicked off in Goyang, South Korea before sweeping through major cities including Tokyo, London, Paris, New York, Buenos Aires and Sydney. With multiple nights planned in key destinations, the scale of the routing points to stadium shows, and an additional Melbourne date has just been announced.
Since reuniting in July, BTS have been back in the studio crafting an album they say will “reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas,” signalling a return that feels as emotional as it is intentional. “We’ve waited more earnestly than anyone else,” RM shared earlier this year, while Jimin added, “The year we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived.”
The result is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated live returns in recent pop history, with Billboard estimating the reunion could generate more than US$1 billion.
BTS Australia Tour Dates
Australian fans will need to exercise a little patience, with BTS not scheduled to arrive on our shores until 2027. However, if early demand is anything to go by, the wait will be well worth it. Interest in the tour has already proven so strong that an additional Melbourne show on February 10th was added shortly after the initial announcement.

Yes, there was. The presale period began on June 2, giving fans early access to secure their tickets before the general public. If you missed out, don’t panic just yet. General sale officially begins today, June 4, with any remaining tickets set to be released. Given the expected demand, fans will likely want to secure tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment!
