We’ve always known Reese Witherspoon is a busy woman. From acting to producing and raising her three children, it’s fair to say she’s got her work cut out for her. And, while we know she’s always looking for the next big thing in her career journey, it turns out that her home life is much the same.
Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth, have popped a heft $25 million price tag on their Brentwood home in Los Angeles (and one look at the property, it’s not hard to see why). The sprawling estate is reminiscent of an English countryside, except it’s conveniently located in one of the most secluded streets in LA. Not only is the street location incredibly private, but the property itself is located at the end of a winding driveway lined by trees, so it boats a level of privacy that is relatively hard to come by in Hollywood.
The actress originally paid $16 million for the property, but due to several renovations, including new flooring, she has decided to increase the price tag. Ever the savvy home-owner, she also acquired an $8.4 million home in her native Tennessee just last year, so she’s no stranger to juggling multiple properties at once.
According to the listing, the home has 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a fitness room, sauna, heated pool, and outdoor fireplace. In other words, it’s nothing short of a dream home (if you have a cool $25 million to blow).
Given her level of fame, Reese hasn’t released many photos of the interior (and zero photos of the bedrooms), but the listing does state that “additional photos and property website [are] available upon request to qualified buyers,” — meaning only those with a hefty wad of cash to burn.
