Created by French celebrity trainer Raphael Doub, the skateboard workout incorporates moves that help strengthen the core muscles, tone the arms and legs and improves posture and balance. Squats, lunges, planks and bridge lifts. Think Pilates on wheels all done on a penny skateboard. If that’s not enough of a challenge, Doub has his clients spin juggling rings on their wrists and ankles at the same time. Now that’s a workout.
